Se voc\u00ea \u00e9 um novo usu\u00e1rio e deseja utilizar o Laborat\u00f3rio para sua pesquisa, leia atentamente o fluxograma de uso dispon\u00edvel ao lado.<\/h6>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-7f490b7 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"7f490b7\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Normas de uso para novos usu\u00e1rios<\/h2>\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-6d6dc38 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"6d6dc38\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<ol>\n<li>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">O <strong>pesquisador respons\u00e1vel (orientador) <\/strong>ou respons\u00e1vel designado por ele deve preencher o <a href=\"https:\/\/forms.gle\/XfjbwijiT1f4SHtaA\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Formul\u00e1rio 1: Cadastro de projeto<\/strong><\/a><strong>.<\/strong> A equipe do Laborat\u00f3rio-NB3-ICB avaliar\u00e1 os aspectos metodol\u00f3gicos e de biosseguran\u00e7a relacionados ao projeto (n\u00e3o cabendo o julgamento do m\u00e9rito cient\u00edfico).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Os <strong>usu\u00e1rios<\/strong> (aqueles que efetivamente trabalhar\u00e3o no Laborat\u00f3rio-NB3-ICB) dever\u00e3o preencher o <a href=\"https:\/\/forms.gle\/1NdqCox1FNzbw5D5A\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Formul\u00e1rio 2: Cadastro de usu\u00e1rio<\/strong><\/a>&nbsp;com informa\u00e7\u00f5es pessoais b\u00e1sicas e experi\u00eancias pr\u00e9vias sobre laborat\u00f3rios NB3. Cada usu\u00e1rio dever\u00e1 preencher seu pr\u00f3prio formul\u00e1rio.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Quando do in\u00edcio dos trabalhos pr\u00e1ticos dentro do laborat\u00f3rio, TODOS os usu\u00e1rios dever\u00e3o obrigatoriamente apresentar comprovante de vacina\u00e7\u00e3o completa contra a COVID-19. Caso o trabalho envolva a manipula\u00e7\u00e3o de amostras biol\u00f3gicas provenientes de pacientes, o usu\u00e1rio dever\u00e1 tamb\u00e9m comprovar vacina\u00e7\u00e3o completa contra a Hepatite B.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Caso o projeto envolva o uso de organismos geneticamente modificados (OGM) como v\u00edrus ou bact\u00e9rias expressando genes ex\u00f3genos ou rep\u00f3rter (GFP, luciferase, beta-galactosidase, por exemplo), animais knock out ou animais transg\u00eanicos, o usu\u00e1rio dever\u00e1 submeter um pedido de autoriza\u00e7\u00e3o para a realiza\u00e7\u00e3o do projeto junto \u00e0 Comiss\u00e3o Interna de Biosseguran\u00e7a (CIBio) do ICB-UFMG.&nbsp;<span style=\"background-color: transparent\">Os tr\u00e2mites para a submiss\u00e3o do projeto ficam a cargo de cada usu\u00e1rio. O uso do laborat\u00f3rio ficar\u00e1 condicionado \u00e0 aprova\u00e7\u00e3o do projeto pelo CIBio e CTNBio. O CUMPRIMENTO DESTA ETAPA \u00c9 CRUCIAL PARA A LIBERA\u00c7\u00c3O DE USO DO LABORAT\u00d3RIO CASO O PROJETO ENVOLVA O USO DE OGMs.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Ap\u00f3s estas etapas, o novo usu\u00e1rio dever\u00e1 completar um treinamento te\u00f3rico-pr\u00e1tico OBRIGAT\u00d3RIO que ser\u00e1 aplicado pelos t\u00e9cnicos em biosseguran\u00e7a do Laborat\u00f3rio-NB3-ICB em data oportuna. Quando aprovado, o usu\u00e1rio est\u00e1 apto a iniciar seus trabalhos no laborat\u00f3rio.&nbsp; Para a realiza\u00e7\u00e3o do treinamento, ser\u00e1 cobrada uma taxa \u00fanica para cada usu\u00e1rio.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><b><i>ATEN\u00c7\u00c3O: O uso do Laborat\u00f3rio-NB3-ICB \u00e9 destinado EXCLUSIVAMENTE \u00e0queles usu\u00e1rios que j\u00e1 apresentam comprovadamente experi\u00eancia t\u00e9cnica com trabalhos envolvendo cultura e manipula\u00e7\u00e3o de c\u00e9lulas e animais de experimenta\u00e7\u00e3o. O treinamento para uso do Laborat\u00f3rio-NB3-ICB contempla apenas os aspectos de biosseguran\u00e7a necess\u00e1rios para trabalhos em ambientes de biosseguran\u00e7a n\u00edvel 3, n\u00e3o cabendo \u00e0 nossa equipe o treinamento relacionado com manipula\u00e7\u00e3o de c\u00e9lulas ou animais. Sendo assim, ser\u00e1 OBRIGAT\u00f3RIA a emiss\u00e3o de declara\u00e7\u00e3o assinada pelo orientador ou respons\u00e1vel pelo projeto atestando que o usu\u00e1rio apresenta experi\u00eancia t\u00e9cnica pr\u00e9via com cultura celular e\/ou manipula\u00e7\u00e3o de animais. <a href=\"https:\/\/icbufmg-my.sharepoint.com\/:w:\/g\/personal\/luisfranco_icb_ufmg_br\/EYjc5lo3lLZMni6ZliQfUkMBA7eHQIFt8T7KQBFmC_lEkA?e=IGhRe6\">Clique aqui <\/a>para modelo de declara\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/i><\/b><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Como parte do CELAM, o uso do Laborat\u00f3rio-NB3-ICB est\u00e1 condicionado ao pagamento de taxa de uso. Tais recursos s\u00e3o utilizados na manuten\u00e7\u00e3o dos equipamentos de press\u00e3o negativa e demais estruturas do laborat\u00f3rio.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">As cobran\u00e7as das taxas de utiliza\u00e7\u00e3o do Laborat\u00f3rio-NB3-ICB ser\u00e3o realizadas atrav\u00e9s de boleto banc\u00e1rio. Os boletos ser\u00e3o gerados na \u00faltima semana de cada m\u00eas com prazo de vencimento de 20 dias a partir da emiss\u00e3o. O n\u00e3o pagamento ou atraso no pagamento por um per\u00edodo superior a 20 dias ap\u00f3s o vencimento acarretar\u00e1 \u00e0 perda do direito de uso do local por todo o grupo, at\u00e9 que o pagamento em atraso seja efetivado.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">N\u00e3o oferecemos treinamento t\u00e9cnico para uso do microsc\u00f3pio EVOS ou do multileitor VARIOSKAN. Cada usu\u00e1rio dever\u00e1 ter conhecimento pr\u00e9vio de opera\u00e7\u00e3o dos dois equipamentos, caso necessite usar. N\u00e3o h\u00e1 cobran\u00e7a extra de taxas para o uso dos equipamentos.
