A tecnologia principal consiste na amplifica\u00e7\u00e3o da mol\u00e9cula de DNA em fase s\u00f3lida (microc\u00e9lulas) e posterior sequenciamento por fotodigitaliza\u00e7\u00e3o de cada processo de incorpora\u00e7\u00e3o de bases ao longo da s\u00edntese das mol\u00e9culas de DNA.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>A capacidade total de seq\u00fcenciamento de DNA do equipamento \u00e9 de 15 Gb, distribu\u00eddas em at\u00e9 25 milh\u00f5es de reads que representam seq\u00fc\u00eancias de at\u00e9 300 pb de apenas uma ou ambas as extremidades dos fragmentos de DNA.
